Clarisford Park is a Finalist in the 2017 Community & Council Awards

Clarisford Park has been announced as a finalist in the Best Public Park Category at the 2017 Community & Council Awards presented by IPB Insurance & LAMA. The winner will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony on Saturday 4th February at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin Airport.

Best Public Park
• Clarisford Park – Ballina Killaloe Sports & Community Facilities Development Company
• St. Catherine’s Park, Lucan – Fingal County Council
• Mungret Park and Playground – Limerick City and County Council
• Tramore Valley Park – RPS on behalf of Cork City Council
• Wexford County Council

Official Launch of Clarisford Park

Clarisford Park was Officially Launched by Minister Noonan on Friday 23 September 2016.
Thousands turned up to see the Game of Two Halves with Pat Shortt suitably attired in wellies to ref the match, hurling and rugby legends, olympians, scouts, local teachers and community stars togged out, the amazing volunteers marshalled the cars, the people, the teapots & the buns, and we even had the Tipperary Rap
